Purpose: spotlight innovative leaders who move their industry into the future
The cover star of this issue is Uzair Qadeer. He is a self-described “HR Futurist,” meaning his goal is to update archaic HR processes to instead celebrate and amplify the changing workforce and create a sense of belonging.
We wanted his forward-thinking attitude and energy to shine through in his photoshoot, which photographer Steph Larsen captured beautifully.
Issue 4, 2021 cover story: Uzair Qadeer
“HR futurists know that their function will be at the heart of their company to coordinate between technology, employees, and customers. The future is moving away from human resources to human experience.”
